Are the clothes and sneakers displayed on your website the only ones you sell?

No, we sell many more clothes and sneakers that are not displayed on our website. If you are searching for a specific item that is not available on our website, just contact us and we will tell you if it’s available.

It it’s available, we will give you the price and the available sizes. If you want to buy the item, go to SHOP > NOT ON WEBSITE. There will be 1 product called ‘Products not on this website’ displayed for the price of €1,00. You need to buy this product and set the quantity equal to the price of the item. Once you are going to purchase the item, make sure to put the full name and size of the product in the description.

For example: if you buy a pair of sneakers (that is not available on the website) for €150,00, you need to go to SHOP > NOT ON WEBSITE. You will see 1 product called ‘Products not available on this website’. Select the product and set the quantity to ‘150’. Add the item to the cart and go to the ‘Checkout’ page. Fill everything in and put the full name and size of the sneakers in the description. 

What payment methods are accepted?

How can I pay?

Once you placed your order, you will be redirected to the payment page. Read the payment instructions carefully and complete the payment. It is important to follow all instructions on the payment page carefully, otherwise we will not recognise the payment. Once we received the payment, we will start processing your order.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to over 200 different countries. However, there are some locations we don’t ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

What is the delivery time?

Once you successfully placed your order, please allow up to 24 hours to generate the order confirmation. Once we received the payment, we will start proceeding the order. Payments with PayPal will arrive instantly, while payments by bank transfer can take up to 5 business days to arrive.

The proceeding of your order will take 3-5 business days. Once we finished proceeding your order, we will send your order to one of our local warehouses nearby your home country. The reason why we send it to one of our local warehouses, is so you don’t have to worry about customs or any taxes that are involved. We will take care of all that. This can take 5-20 business days.

Once it arrives in our local warehouse, we will immediately ship it out to you. We will send you an e-mail with the tracking information. The delivery time to your address can vary depending on what country you live in, it usually takes 1-12 business days. When you checkout, we will add the estimated delivery time* (according to your country) inside the brackets in the ‘Shipping’ section.

 

* the estimated delivery time (that is displayed during checkout) is the estimated time it will take to arrive to your given address after we send it out from our local warehouse

What could cause a delay in my order?

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, such as:

  1. Delays due to the unavailability of product(s)
  2. Wrong or invalid shipping address
  3. Delivery is to a PO Box or APO/FPO address
  4. Delivery is outside major city
  5. Delays due to weather
  6. Delays due to orders being placed on a holiday
  7. Unforeseen delays by one of our carriers
  8. Delays due to problems with payment authorization and verification
  9. Order is flagged for fraud
What does my order status mean?

Here is a list with all possible order statuses with their definitions:

  • Pending payment: we are waiting to receive your payment, this can take several days depending on what payment method you chose
  • Order fulfillment: we received your payment and we are currently fulfilling your order
  • Transferring to local warehouse: your order is currently in transit to our local warehouse, situated nearby your shipping address
  • Arrived at local warehouse: your order arrived at our local warehouse, and will soon be shipped to you
  • Shipping to customer: your order has been shipped to you, and you will receive the tracking information soon
  • Completed: your order arrived successfully
  • Cancelled: your order has been cancelled (due to unavailability of a selected item, or for another reason), we will contact you as soon as possible
  • Refunded: you have been refunded (with lifetime store credit, unless mentioned)
What does UA or Unauthorized Authentic mean?

All our clothing & sneakers are Unauthorized Authentic or also known as UA, that means that they are the same exact product you’d get in a retail store, with the same box, wrapping, zip-tie, and even extra laces/accessory (if any). However, they are not meant for resell purposes as these are all left-over parts within the sneaker industry that were not meant for reselling purposes, also known as surpluses, which is no longer considered “authentic”, even though it is the same.

What does each order come with?

Every item purchased on www.uafashion.co comes with the original box and with the official accessories, like extra laces, extra swooshes, or any other accessory that comes with the item.

We will always ensure that your order will arrive in top quality condition.

Can I buy in bulk/wholesale or do dropshipping?

We can definitely sell in bulk at a reduced price, we also provide dropshipping services. If you are interested in this, please contact us (uafashion.co/contact).

What is the Return & Refund policy?

UA Fashion accepts returns/exchanges within 7 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. To obtain an Authorization Form, please submit an order request on our Order Request page.

A 15% returning fee will be incurred on refund orders due to errors not caused by us. All refunds will be given in store credits for future purchases unless mentioned.
